Introducing Our New Packaging Design

Hey everyone, today I want to share something truly special — our new coffee packaging. At first glance, it may look simple, but every detail carries a part of who we are and where we come from. The name Alsela is my family — it’s where everything began, and it reminds me every day of the values my father passed on to me: honesty, respect, and hard work. His signature on the side of the bag is a symbol of that belief — a reminder to stay grounded, to stay true.

And “Il Barista” stands for my beginning — the years behind the counter, learning what real respect means: for the craft, for the people, for the process. That’s where everything started, and those lessons still shape every roast we make today.

The coffee inside hasn’t changed — same beans, same quality, same soul. But the outside now tells more of our story. The logo you see, Dritan Alsela, is handwritten — my own handwriting. It’s the most personal thing I could give this brand, because it carries my identity, my journey, and everything I stand for.

We kept the design black and white — clean, honest, clear — because that’s who we are. And we made sure it’s not only beautiful, but also practical: the new front zipper lets you open and close the bag easily anytime, keeping your coffee fresh without tearing or wasting.

It’s fully recyclable, CO₂-compensated, and made in Europe — because respect doesn’t stop at the cup; it extends to the environment and to everyone who shares this passion with us.

For us, it’s simple: Respect the Beans. Respect the Roots.
Every bag tells a real story — of family, of craft, of belief — and this time, even my own handwriting is part of it. ❤️☕️
