ABOUT THE COFFEES

Ethically sourced incl. Direct Trade

We ensure traceability for all our coffees. We directly source our Guatemala Coffee from Herminio Castro, a farmer who relentlessly and passionately runs his small farm together with his wife.

Our impressive 600-square-meter roastery features state-of-the-art roasting equipment by IMF, including a 60kg roaster complemented by advanced silo systems and batch roasters of 5kg and 2.5kg, ensuring optimal quality and precision in every batch.
