Instructions for Cancellation & Cancellation Form

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside that individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:

Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will expire 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.

of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. by email).
You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel this contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We bear the direct costs of returning the goods if the return shipment is made from within Germany.
For returns from outside Germany, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return Labels (Germany)

For returns within Germany, we provide a free return shipping label.
The return label will be sent to you by email after the return has been registered.

The return shipment can be handed in at a DHL parcel shop within Germany.

For returns from outside Germany, no return label is provided.
In this case, the return shipment must be made at your own expense.

Voluntary Exchange (e.g. Size Exchange for Apparel)

Independently of your statutory right of cancellation, we offer a voluntary exchange service, for example for size changes of apparel items.

In this case, the newly shipped parcel will already include a printed return label for returning the item to be exchanged.

When using this voluntary exchange service, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Your statutory right of cancellation remains unaffected by this voluntary service.

Exclusion and/or Premature Expiration of the Right to Cancel

The right to cancel does not apply to consumers who, at the time of concluding the contract, are not nationals of a Member State of the European Union and whose exclusive place of residence and delivery address are located outside the European Union.

General Information

1. Please avoid damage to or contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable packaging to ensure sufficient protection against transport damage.

2. Please do not return goods freight collect.

3. Please note that compliance with points 1 and 2 is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right to cancel.
