Campo Hermoso is located in Circasia, Quindío, Colombia and run by Edwin Noreña, known for highly controlled, experimental processing that pushes clarity and aroma to the next level. 

Process – Black Honey, Co-Fermentation (quick explanation):
Black Honey = depulped, then dried with lots of sticky mucilage still on the bean for a syrupy, honey-like mouthfeel.

Co-Fermentation = a controlled fermentation (often in sealed tanks) designed to boost fruit-forward aromatics.
